Somatic Stress Release™ is a trauma-centered body-based approach that helps us complete and release the stress responses that often remain stuck in the nervous system. Unresolved stress can show up as tension, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from ourselves. This practice uses movement, awareness, and guided techniques to restore balance, build resilience, and reconnect us to our body’s innate wisdom.

I am a Certified Somatic Stress Release™ Practitioner, trained by Dr. Scott Lyons through The Embody Lab. I integrate this work to support clients in releasing stored stress, cultivating safety, and expanding their capacity for presence and authentic self-expression.

Conscious Parenting is about shifting from old patterns of control, reactivity, or unconscious conditioning into a more mindful, connected way of raising children. It begins with self-awareness—recognizing how our own upbringing, attachment wounds, and inner parts shape the way we parent today.

Rather than trying to “fix” our children, we learn to regulate our own nervous system, repair when disconnection happens, and model the safety and presence our kids need. By reparenting ourselves alongside parenting our children, we break cycles of generational pain and cultivate secure attachment, trust, and authenticity in the home.

I am a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach through Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Coaching Institute, trained to guide parents in transforming their inner world so they can nurture deeper connection and wholeness within their families.

Inner child healing, parts work, and attachment repair work together to help us understand the protective patterns we formed in childhood and create a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

Our inner child holds unmet needs and early wounds. Parts work helps us recognize the inner voices—like the critic, achiever, or protector—that formed around those wounds, dictating our thoughts and behaviors. Attachment theory shows how early relationships shaped our ability to love and feel safe, while reparenting teaches us to become the caring inner parent our younger self needed.

Together, these practices connect us somatically to the parts of us still carrying pain, so we can meet them with compassion and begin to rewrite old patterns. With time, self-criticism transforms into self-trust, opening the path to authenticity, wholeness, and self-leadership.

Somatic Yoga blends traditional yoga with trauma-informed practices and the science of the nervous system. Instead of focusing on perfect poses, this approach invites you to listen to your body, follow its impulses, and move in ways that create safety and connection from the inside out. Rooted in Polyvagal Theory, it helps regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and build resilience through gentle movement, breath, and mindful awareness.

In my classes, I weave together authentic movement, Yin Yoga, and sound healing, creating space for deep release and integration. This combination supports the body in softening stored stress, the mind in settling into presence, and the heart in reconnecting with its natural rhythm.
